Description: Paint remover for all ink-, varnish- and pigment particles settled in the rubber cells. Due to the accumulation of paper dust and other components of printing inks, rubber blankets and ink rollers begin to glaze after a certain period. This influences take up, distribution and delivery of ink in a negative way. The results are a reduction in contrast and a considerable grow of ink flow (ink build up). The regular use of our Rubber Regenarating Agent 22 91 01 keeps the rubber blanket soft and resistant. Ink Rollers: First clean the rollers with Rapid Wash 220 212. Then apply Rubber Regenerating Agent 22 91 01 and let the machine run slowly for 2 - 3 minutes. Caution: the rollers should not run dry. Rubber Blankets: Moisten a soft and clean piece of cloth with Rubber Regenerating Agent 22 91 01 and rub the rubber blanket with it. Wait until the Rubber Regenerating Agent has completely evaporated. Examine the rubber blanket and repeat the procedure if necessary.
